Shipping policy

Standard domestic shipping flate rate (in Australia) - $15

Standard international shipping flat rate (to New Zealand) - $25

We currently only offer international shipping services to New Zealand. If you are located elsewhere and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at nicole.noun@gmail.com to enquire.

Our shipping carrier is Australia Post. Your order will typically be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times are determined by the carrier, but typically takes 5-7 business days when shipping interstate.

You may be eligible for free shipping if your order is valued greater than $200 and contains solely clothing, footwear and/or accessories. Orders containing homewares, gifts etc. are ineligible due to excessive shipping costs. Use code FREESHIPPING200 at checkout.

If a product has been damaged in transit, take the item and packaging to your local Australia Post for assessment. In most cases, they will provide a full refund for the product and shipping if they believe they are liable for the damage. If they find themselves not liable and do not provide a refund, please email us at nicole.noun@gmail.com to proceed.

If a product has been listed as available for in-store collection only, there will be no option to enter shipping details at checkout. If one of these products is mistakenly purchased for delivery resulting in order cancellation, there will be a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund amount. 

If you have mistakenly purchased a product available for in-store collection only but would like it shipped to your location, please email us at nicole.noun@gmail.com. Depending on the size/fragility of the product, we are happy to send it to you at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage that may occur in transit as we have explicitly stated the associated risk. If happy to proceed, the customer must call 03 6452 1146 to pay for shipping over the phone before the order can be processed.
