The ergonomic grip handle with guard eliminates slippage and protects your hand even when your hand is wet.
Sharp bevelled blade tip allows raw oysters to 'pop' out from the hinge.
The blade can also help remove and cut through the muscle/oyster.
Knife is packed with protective plastic sleeve over blade.
