Step two: Add 1cm of cold water intp the base.

Step three: Invert the butter-filled lid and place into the water-filled base, submerging the rim.

Step four: To maintain freshness, change the water every 2-3 days.

Store on the kitchen counter, away from direct sunlight or heat.
